The Safety Report (7 pages) provides a graphic summary and interpretation of a candidate’s safety-related behaviour targeted to prepare selection decisions. These results outline strengths and areas of concern relating to a general employment fit for a particular work environment. The development version of this report (8 pages) also includes development recommendation targeted to increase safety-related work behavior.
