Our certification workshops focuses on people, who set up their own selection profiles based on the Hogan scales, who interpret Hogan or LVI results, or who provide feedback to individuals based on Hogan or LVI results. We offer both in-house certification workshops exclusively for clients as well as public certification workshops for individuals and consultants.
