In addition to the off-the-shelf reports Metaberatung also offer reports that present test results along the client’s competences. Similar to the "High Potential" report, the results from HPI, HDS, MVPI and / or HBRI will be matched to the clients competences. Alternatively, these customer-specific reports can reach conclusions about suitability or just present the results as percentiles. We also offer customized text modules and advanced interview questions and guidelines.
Furthermore, we can offer any standard Hogan Report in the client’s Corporate Identity (CI), thus integrating colour scheme and company’s logo.
Depending on the effort and the necessary preparatory work - such as validation studies - customer-specific reports incur a one time charge and transactional based report rates.
