Since 2005 Metaberatung GmbH distributes the Hogan Assessments and Reports. Managing director Dr. Rainer M. Neubauer has worked since 2003 as a diagnostician, consultant and coach for executives and management trainees. Dr. Rainer M. Neubauer studied business and organizational psychology with Dr. Joyce and Dr. Robert Hogan and did his doctorate on thinking and information processing at the University of Tulsa (USA) in 1990.
